Africa O’Clock produced and coordinated an institutional magazine for the Ministry of Transport of Côte d’Ivoire, highlighting regulatory frameworks, transport sector companies, and foreign investment opportunities. The project strengthened government communication, investor visibility, and sector credibility through structured strategic communications in West Africa.
